Who this policy covers

ClinicBuilt builds websites, brand and technology for Australian telehealth clinic operators. This privacy policy applies to this marketing site only, at clinicbuilt.com.au, and to the business enquiries we receive through it.

It does not cover the individual clinic sites we build. Each clinic is the advertiser and the data controller for its own patients, and each clinic site ships with its own separate patient privacy policy. If you are a patient of a clinic, please refer to that clinic's own policy.

What we collect

When you contact us about a build, book a discovery call, or otherwise reach out, we collect only what you choose to give us:

• Your name and the name of your clinic or business.
• Your email address and, if you provide it, a phone number.
• The content of your message and any details you share about your clinic plans.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, any patient health information through this site. This is a business enquiry channel, not a clinical one.

Why we collect it

We use the information you provide for a narrow set of business purposes:

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call.
• To prepare and discuss a proposal or quote for a clinic build.
• To keep a record of our correspondence with you.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not use it for advertising to third parties. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our email and hosting providers, and only so they can perform that service for us. We may also disclose information where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as it is useful for the purpose you contacted us about and for our own reasonable business records. If you ask us to delete your details and we are not required to keep them, we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time. To make a request, just email us at the address below.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we keep what we hold to a minimum and limit who can access it.
